Miss Wendy Tseng,
BA, MA.
Child Development Program Director’s Permit.

Miss Wendy has been teaching pre-school for over 30 years. Her Learning Center has been open since 1990.

She focuses on providing loving care that fosters a love of learning through both creative and structured activities.

Miss Wendy is active in leadership of the local child-care and pre-school community.

Happy Children Learning Center was selected to participate in the LAUP (Los Angeles Universal Preschool) Pre-K Program. 2010-2016
